So, as the title says NECK PAIN, it is the pain which gives you discomfort. Do we even know that almost 50-70% of the people who do normal daily life activities suffer from neck pain and why is that? have we ever take closer look as why we suffer from the neck and upper back pain.
Here are some reasons which causes neck and upper back pain
1)Overuse of muscle: sometimes we do overwork which lead to neck pain.
2) Incorrect Posture: bad sitting habits can lead to overstrain the muscles in the neck and the upper back
3) osteoarthritis of joint: As the age increases our joints worn off which also lead to pain
4) Stress: These is main reason as people suffer from neck pain
•Here comes some tips to avoid the pain and reduce it
– Sit in a correct posture if you are working r studying on a desk try to maintain a good position , most of the discomfort in the body is because of our bad posture which lead to abnormal body mechanics and lead to pain

-Take a frequent breaks in every 1 hour so that the muscles in the neck will not be overstrained .
– Avoid tucking the mobile phone between neck and ear as talking on the phone in this position will creat overstrain on the neck
– Sleep in good position
•Here are some exercises:
1) Scapular retraction: sit on a chair relaxly hold your elbow at 90° to the body and then pull the shoulders back and down so that both the shoulder blades will come closer, Hold that position for 5-10 sec and then relaxed

2) Chin tucks: In these exercises sit on a chair put a finger on your chin and without moving that finger pull your head and chin straight back so that you will will feel a good stretch at the back of the neck head

3) Neck isometric exercises: These exercises are very easy but benificial to relive the pain

4) Trapezius stretching: People who do a lot of desk work tends to get pain I’m the upper back while here is the exercises which can help to reduce that discomfort
