What is physical therapy- It is basically a field where people are being treated through exercises.

Today’s topic is’ back pain’.

Why there is back pain, has anyone thought that why so many people suffer from back pain ? Why back pain is occuring in any age group weather they are teenager’s ,adults or old people, And after so much time I think no we have never thought why the pain and discomfort is occuring..

But the physical therapy there are solution to treat the back pain from its root cause… Just by changing your posture or just by sitting with proper support to the back and by doing some small exercises we can get relief from the pain isn’t it good just to move some of the body parts correctly and get rid of the pain rather than taking medications and suffering from there side effects

Here are some tips to avoid the back pain

1) Always try to sit with the proper back support and arm should rest on the arm rest if you are using a chair

2) When you have to sit for a long time during study or for a job , take a 5-10 min break and walk in the surroundings as these will reduce the stress over the back

3) While doing any work make a habit of stretching the back ,neck ,hand in every one hour so that the whole body will be relax and there will not be loading over the joints
